This BOD marker is on the east side of the road. The ground under the base is unstable due to small critters digging around the cement. The north side of the base is chipping off. The marker is loose in the base and wobbles when touched. Also, the top part of the marker is broken off just above the BOD. The top is still sitting on top of the rest of the marker.
