Post 189 between Downe and Cudham. This lane seems variously to be called "Cudham Rd" and "Downe Rd". Depends which way you're going I suppose. "24 & 25 VICT CAP 42"

Inscribed 24 & 25 VICT CAP 42. On narrow winding lane.
There are raised cast letters visible on the base but they aren't legible, except perhaps "1861" in the centre of the oval? (1861 was the date of the London Coal and Wine Duties Continuance Act)
Some Ivy growth, and soil eroding away at base, otherwise good.
Interestingly, while the City of London site calls this Downe Rd, the sign right next to the post says Cudham Rd. And so does the Bartholomew map used by streetmap.co.uk
It is situated right next to a property called "The Boundary"
Type: Cast Iron Post
