The Trinity Episcopal Church Rectory is actually the only remaining building in downtown Parkersburg which exhibits the concave profile mansard roof so identified with Second Empire period architecture.
The Rectory is a freestanding building, joined by small wings to the church building. The building is two stories plus a concave mansard. The mansard is pierced by three dormers on the front. The Rectory was built about 1863.
Today, the Rectory serves as the church office.
