The George Neale, Jr. House was built in 1840 by George Neale, Jr. of red-brick and of a federal style. George Neale, Jr. was the first cousin of Stonewall Jackson. The house has primarily served as a law office since the 1870's.
In 2004, the buildings present owner Robert K. Tebay, III had the exterior of the building restored.
