DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1963 (DJF) THE STATION IS THE CENTER OF A BALL LOCATED ATOP THE JULESBURG, MUNICIPAL WATER TANK. THE WATER TANK IS A SIX LEGGED STRUCTURE PAINTED SILVER WITH A CENTER STANDPIPE. THE TANK IS 125 FEET IN HEIGHT AND IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF JULESBURG.
