Disk is located about 8.6 mi. NE of Hancock, MD - about 4 mi. SE from Hancock on US 40, then 4.3 mi. NE along Hollow RD to the bridge & disk on the right, just S of the T intersection with Red Rock RD leading W.

Note - this disk replaces a disk (NN 152 - PID#JW0072) which was attatched to the current bridge's predecessor.
