Guests at the Little America Travel Center have access to this paynet service. Little America is a large truckstop that is located out in what feels like the middle of nowhere.

Little America, long known as the roadside attraction with the stuffed emperor penguin, has turned its back on their kitschy side, attempting to be taken more seriously. No longer a "truck stop" it is a "travel center" and although the famous penguin is still there, sadly he's been relegated to a lonely back corner.
Part of the upgrades at Little America was to make the center Internet friendly. All of the hotel rooms and the restaurant have wireless Internet. I assume that the truck stop section has similar amenities, but am not sure. It's a paynet service.
I haven't used the service. We just read about it while stopping for a quick peek at the aforementioned dusty penguin, so I'm not sure how good the connection is. We figured we'd wait until we reached our campground that night, which had FREE Internet, which is always my favorite. :)
