Just outside of the Couryard Cafe at Vanderbilt University Medical Center is an oasis for those who have spent many hours in side the hospital. In that courtyard you will find this wonderful bronze statue. The statue represents a double helix, the molecular shape most associated with DNA and RNA. Climbing the ladder of DNA are the figures of four babies.
