Mary E., wife of Charles Ruggles, died October 23, 1896. She was 25 years, 4 months, and 11 days old.

The back of the marker has a plate with a decorative cross, which appears to be made to look like logs with ivy growing around them. Below that it reads "Gone but still remembered."
