USGS Benchmark TT 23 TH 1942 - Owego, NY - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

This benchmark is not listed in the NGS on-line database. I noticed it on the Owego quadrangle and decided to look for it today. The mark is located just South of the intersection of Stocks Road and Valley Road. The mark is set in a 6"x6" concrete base. The mark is 1.14 meters (3 feet, 9 inches) Southeast of the street sign post. The elevation stamped on the disk is 1545 feet, which matches the topographical map.
