This anchor has been placed in concrete with rocks placed around the
base to conceal the concrete and as ornamentation. When I visited the
area last year, the anchor was not cemented and there was a plaque that
stated the original details of when this anchor was created and the name of the boat that it was used on. However, the plaque is no longer here and the anchor has been relocated slightly.
