“Bend Gate” by Lee Kelly was installed at the southbound Revere Street Exit on the Bend Parkway shortly after the openning of the first segment of the parkway.
This is one of the more controversial pieces in the Art in Public Places program and has resulted in many local names such as “The Rusty Arches”.
