The City of Pascagoula received a gift of loving proportions. Dr. K. C. Mangal and his family have donated a fountain in Beach Park. The fountain is dedicated to his late wife, Sharda, and is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden. Dedicated 2003

We visited this park in the summer of 2006, and nearly everything had been obliterated by Hurricane Katrina, but this fountain with the memorial plaque was still intact!
