Well we left the Interstate and headed West.
Hatch.....World Famous Green Chile.
AHHH!!! I have bought lots and lots of green chilies from here they are the best in the World.
For some reason the soil here is perfect for growing them.
People come from all over the world to get their chili here.
They even mail it out.
If you have never tried green chili you are missing the best flavor you ever had.
But I might be biased.
I love Mexican Food.
Might as well use the Water tank to tell the passerby.
