Sublime Point Lookout is close to the township of Leura - halfway along the Blue Mountains to the west of Sydney. The walk to the lookout is only 200 metres from the carpark (S33 44.142, E150 20.315) and is a fairly grade - not wheelchair accessible.
The area is known to get snow and is very cold during winter, so bring a jacket and hat.
