The NGS description appears below. The ranger on duty was aware of the marks within the state forest property and gave permission. (These marks are on an "Official Vehicles Only" dirt road.) The facility is open during warm months from 9 to 5 Tuesday thru Friday, and from 11-6 Saturday and Sunday. It is closed during the winter.
An error was noted in the NCGS description. The mark is flush with the ground (not flush with the road). This disk is more detailed than the other five, which are quite plain.
