DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1978 2000 SET IN THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE LAWN AT THE FIRST WESTSIDE NATIONAL BANK, LOCATED BETWEEN FIFTH STREET SOUTHWEST AND SIXTH STREET SOUTHWEST, AND ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CENTRAL AVENUE WEST, 97 FEET NORTH OF THE MOST NORTHERLY POST OF THE BANK SIGN ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CENTRAL AVENUE, 17 FEET WEST OF THE WEST CURB OF FIFTH STREET, AND 15 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH CURB OF ALLEY. NOTE=BASIC NET A LEVEL LINE JUNCTION MARK. THE MARK IS 1 FT ABOVE THE STREET.
