L’édifice d’origine était composé d’un caquetoire, particularité des églises solognotes. À l’intérieur de l’église, on peut trouver les reliques de Saint-Jean-Baptiste et de Saint-Loup que l’on invoquait pour guérir les enfants de la peur.

L'église, contient également un tableau peint en 1860 par Henri Riballier-Chouppe représentant le Christ en croix.

Deux cloches subsistent, nommées Thérèse-Laurence et Anne-Marie, qui ont été bénites en 1848."

[EN] "Rebuilt and enlarged in the 19th century, the neo-Gothic Saint-Jean-Baptiste church dominates the village. The original building featured a caquetoire, a distinctive feature of Solognot churches. Inside the church are relics of Saint-Jean-Baptiste and Saint-Loup, invoked to cure children of fear.

The church also contains a painting of Christ on the Cross by Henri Riballier-Chouppe, painted in 1860.

Two surviving bells, named Thérèse-Laurence and Anne-Marie, were blessed in 1848."
