You can see this already at the entrance where there are dog treats. There are small bags with various dog biscuits, a water bowl and pictures of dogs when you enter the hotel. So there is no doubt that they like dogs.
If you are bringing a dog, it must be booked in advance.
The cozy hotel in Västra Hamnen in Malmö is next door to Turning Torso. It is close to the beach but at the same time located in the city. It is not far from the center of Malmö with many tourist attractions.
