Per Wikipedia, Arctic Circle was founded in 1950, and as of this posting, they have over seventy stores in seven states: Utah (where they are headquartered), Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Wyoming, and Oregon. They are probably best known for their immense shakes, but they're a great place to enjoy a burger and fries, and their claim to fame is that they invented the popular "fry sauce" that is one part ketchup and two parts mayonnaise.
They also offer corn dogs, chicken, salads, fish, and shrimp, and if their shakes aren't your bag, they can set you up with a float, a freeze, or an ice cream cone loaded with one of their many flavors.
There's plenty of seating, and they've got a spacious Play Zone if the little ones need to burn off some energy.
