This U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Horizontal Control Mark is at Harper Municipal Airport, a bit southwest of the main building and north of an east-west taxiway. The mark was buried when I found it, but fortunately there was a witness post right there. The disk is stamped HARPORT 1986 (but the data sheet says 1987). Note: obtain permission from the office before venturing into the active airfield.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
