"The first snow that fell this past morning has left a white blanket of about two centimeters that, despite the yellow alert for snow being activated in the mountain region, has left many visitors surprised by the white image.

From Pontevedra, Madrid, Valencia and even abroad. The tourists who this Thursday wanted to discover the mountain natural park have had to put up with the type of "inappropriate" clothing, as some tourists commented to Europa Press, since they have traveled to Cuenca in sneakers and pants not suitable for -0 .5 degrees Celsius that the car thermometers showed.

"On the Valencian coast it almost never snows, and finding this sight in the Enchanted City of Cuenca is simply wonderful," commented one couple. "In Pontevedra you rarely see snow," said another couple.

Tourists have also agreed that the access roads to the Enchanted City were clean, not requiring the use of chains, allowing them to devote their attention "to contemplating the wonder of the landscape."

Outside the entrance to the Enchanted City, up to twenty vehicles could be seen for much of the morning, a bus with foreign tourists and a minibus with students."
