The town hall is located in an old two-story building, set back, which forms a small square in front of the main façade, on both floors the municipal offices and the mayor's office are located, it has a clock at the top of the façade main feature and as a curious fact a large chess board right at the entrance of the building, without forgetting the official flags on the first floor balcony.

"La Roda de Andalucía is a Spanish municipality in the province of Seville, Andalusia. It is located at an altitude of 405 meters and 123 kilometers from the provincial capital, Seville. It is located in the southeastern corner of the province of Seville, it belongs to the Estepa region and the Sierra-Sur geographical area of ??Seville. La Roda is an important railway communications hub, the AVE crosses the municipal area as well as different conventional train lines, and together with the Highway 92 and the National Highway 334 ( SE-MA-GR) make up this communication network. La Roda is located 123 km from Seville, 70 km from Malaga and 75 km from Córdoba, which makes it the dominant area of ??Central Andalusia.

Some historians establish its origin with the Celtiberian name of Uragao, later in Roman times the historian Madoz cites it as Carruca, where battering rams and utensils from the civil war between the generals Julius Caesar and Pompey have been found (Battle of Munda, 1st century BC). During Muslim rule it was called Robda (customs house). With the Christian reconquest of Fernando III El Santo, it became a border town with the Nasrid Kingdom of Granada until the time of the Catholic Monarchs. La Roda, like the entire Estepa region, will pass after the reconquest to the domains of the Order of Santiago. In 1559 Philip II established the Marquisate of Estepa, to which the town would belong until the beginning of the 19th century. It is in this century when it undergoes a significant change with the arrival of the railway (Córdoba-Málaga and La Roda-Utrera lines). Since 1916, La Roda has been called "of Andalusia", due to the frequent Rodas in Spain."
