The St. Louis and San Francisco Railroad Depot in Comanche has been restored and now serves as a Visitor's Center. These pavers form the walkways on the west and south sides of the depot.

This Depot was constructed in 1909 for the St. Louis and San Francisco Railway, which later was simply known as the "Frisco." Despite the name, the rail system never came anywhere near San Francisco. This line carried freight only, not passengers. The line was absorved by Burlington Northern Railroad in 1980. At some point during that era this depot was abandoned, and was eventually acquired by the city and then restored in 2011.
