Henry Fleming was but fifty-one years of age at the time of his death. His Woodmen of the World memorial is styled as a vertical tree stump with cut branches, set on a base of cut logs that are adorned with leaves and ivy. There were flowers set at the base of the monument as well. The inscription is:
