This road side picnic area is on the west side of Old Highway 183, just south of Taloga. The only facility here is a metal picnic table with benches under a shelter; there are no restrooms. It is a nice place to stop and stretch your legs and walk under the trees. For those interested in such frivolities, there was a geocache hidden here at the time of my visit.
