Were awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for their actions during the battle of Belleau Wood.

Dedicated on May 6, 1998 by the staff of the Basic School

"A path in the woods above the Chapel of the Aisne Marne American Cemetery Plaque Along this dirt path 6 plaques with inscriptions in English and French are displayed. In addition a plaque which depicts a map is displayed. "
