This well can be found inside a Coptic church, in Cairo

The church was built on the spot where the Holly Family rested and drank from a well. And the well is still there.
The church dates back to the 4th century and it's believed that it was built above the cave where Joseph, Mary and Jesus rested at the end of their journey in Egypt.
There is a lid of glass protecting the well but it's clear there is still water there.
