Puerta de madera de doble hoja en tinte y barnizado posterior en color marrón, dispone a mano derecha de otra apertura más pequeña para facilitar su uso, está cosida con remaches dorados lo que le da un aire muy decorativo.
"La Ermita de Nuestra Señora de la Fuensanta se encuentra situada a un kilómetro de la aldea de Corcoya, en el término municipal de Badolatosa. La ermita está dedicada a la Virgen de la Fuensanta, a la que se comenzó a rendir culto en el año 1383 después de una aparición de la Virgen.
En un primer momento fue una pequeña gruta cercana a la actual ermita. La que conocemos hoy fue construida a mediados del siglo XVII y se dice que fue donde recibió el bandolero el Tempranillo el indulto real.
Se cuenta que, en 1384, un vecino de Badolatosa buscaba un médico que fuera capaz de curarlo, pasó por estos andurriales y se le apareció la Virgen, que le dijo cómo sanaría sus males: bebiendo del agua del arroyo y bañándose en él. Lo hizo y sanó. Ya no siguió adelante, sino que regreso a su pueblo y comentó entre los vecinos lo ocurrido. A partir de entonces se inició la peregrinación al lugar, pero la Virgen no se volvió a aparecer.
La primitiva ermita se sustituyó por la actual en 1671 construida con la financiación de los devotos y del marqués de Estepa. Merece especial mención la peregrinación multitudinaria ocurrida en el año 1909.
La romería a la ermita se celebra el 8 de septiembre, además de corcoyanos y badolatoseños acuden romeros de Casariche, La Roda de Andalucía y Sierra de Yeguas."

The pilgrimage to the hermitage is celebrated on September 8, in addition to people from Corcoya and Badolatos, pilgrims from Casariche, La Roda de Andalucía and Sierra de Yeguas come."
