It is in end part of a terrace of commercial buildings next to Elvet Bridge that crosses the River Wear.

Presumably it is called The Tin Of Sardines because the bar is so small the customers are packed tightly in the bar.

They sell over 200 types of gin and also do gin tasting sessions.

The sign also says that they are probably the smallest gin bar in the world, but only probably because they obviously can't prove that.
Type of documentation of superlative status: Sign outside on the wall of the bar

Location of coordinates: The entrance to the bar at the western end of Elvet Bridge.
