[EN]

"The graves are located in the German War Cemetery in the Clausen district of Luxembourg City. This was initially the cemetery of the Prussian garrison stationed in the fortress of Luxembourg City from 1815 until 1867, when Luxembourg was a member state of the German Confederation.

It was reused by the German occupying forces in WWI and WWII. In total, 196 German soldiers were buried here during and after WWI, along with one Austrian soldier and 34 French soldiers whose graves were later relocated or repatriated."

[FR]
