"The Ring O’Bells is a village pub which was run since 1987 by the family team of John and Elaine Foreman and Elaine’s brother John Sharman until April 2021. It combines the best elements of the traditional country pub with modern facilities such as free wi-fi access. The old part of the pub comprises three comfortable bar areas on different levels, while newer developments include a dining room and a function room which is suitable both for social events and business meetings. The function room also incorporates a skittle alley. There is also a large garden with a patio and children’s play area.
The pub has won several awards over the years for its home-cooked food and for the quality and range of its real ales. A wide-ranging regular menu is complemented by an ever-changing Specials board and special food weeks featuring different international cuisines are also held from time to time. A varying range of real ales is provided from micro breweries in the West Country and elsewhere. Families are welcome and there is disabled access to several areas."
