St Paul's Presbyterian congregation dates to about 1848.
The former St Paul's Presbyterian church was built in 1875, replacing a previous smaller structure. It served the local community until 1925 when it realigned with the newly-formed United Church of Canada. In 1930 the church amalgamated with the recently-closed Cold Springs Congregational Church. It was then known as the Cold Springs United Church. The church became part of the Cold Springs Pastoral Charge in 1989.
