South Persimmon Baptist Church and Cemetery are on the west side of S Country Road 205, about a mile south of Sharon. The church appears to be active. There is only limited parking in front of the church. The cemetery entrance is between the church and a newer metal outbuilding.
There are about two hundred and seventy grave markers here. The inscription on one is:
