[ES] “Fue el mayor de seis hermanos. Su padre se llamaba Antonio Pérez Saugar nacido en Las Rozas de Puerto Real (Madrid) y creemos que posiblemente fuese familia de Teodoro Arranz Saugar, ya que su madre, Fidela Saugar Martín era del mismo pueblo y vivieron muy cerca, como era habitual antes en las familias.
Después de pasar por los campos de concentración franceses se alistó en la CTE 25.
Fue detenido y encarcelado en el Stalag XI-B en Fallingbostel. De allí salió el 25 de enero de 1941 para ser deportado a Mauthausen, junto con sus vecinos Miguel Calvo Sánchez y Eugenio Charlán Rey, llegando dos días después al campo de concentración.
El 20 de octubre de 1941 fue trasladado a Gusen donde fue asesinado el 14 de noviembre.
Su stolperstein se puso el 1 de diciembre de 2023 en la calle Ferrocarril, núm 10, en el distrito de Arganzuela.”
