The Usedom island beer matures in the two copper kettles of the rustic brewery. Six types are on the menu, from black to naturally cloudy to summer, May or Christmas beer, or you can tap your own beer from a 5 liter keg in a cozy atmosphere at the long table. Rustic tables and chairs are grouped around the real beer counter, and clubs, associations and families celebrate or play skat in small and large niches. An in-house distillery with, among other things, sea buckthorn, cherry, hazelnut and herbs - bear the label “Edel Distillat” and round off the offering. Guests watch crispy “broilers” or crispy knuckles sizzle on the wall grill, while the tarte flambée disappears inside a stone oven.
