Su padre era empleado de la empresa Vías y Obras en Ferrocarriles M.Z.A. por lo que los hermanos nacieron en diferentes provincias. Miguel, cómo sus padres, nació en Benquerencia de la Serena, en la aldea de Helechal, Badajoz.
En el año 1935, Miguel ya estaba afiliado en la Agrupación Socialista Madrileña, trabajaba en el Ministerio de Trabajo en la Subdirección de Estadística, puesto que debió abandonar al inicio de la guerra, ya que a finales de 1936 figura como afiliado a U.G.T. en la Agrupación de Profesiones y Oficios Varios de Valencia.
En 1937 se reintegra a su puesto de trabajo y, al finalizar la guerra, consigue exiliarse a Francia. Allí estuvo recluido en el campo de Argèles, de dónde fue trasladado a Vernet d' Ariège en junio de 1939.
En el padrón de 1940, todavía está registrado Miguel en este domicilio como "Ausente en Francia"; su padre está impedido, su hermana Celestina trabaja como sirvienta y su hermano Antonio y su cuñado Pablo son jornaleros.
Miguel probablemente se integra en alguna Compañía de Trabajadores Extranjeros ya que fue detenido y estuvo preso en el Stalag Fallingbostel, en Alemania, de donde salió el 25 de enero de 1941, en un transporte con otros 1472 españoles, entre ellos sus vecinos Eugenio Charlán Rey y Mariano Pérez Rodríguez, así como Joaquim Amat Piniella, para llegar dos días después al campo de Mauthausen, donde a partir de entonces sería el número 5858.
El 30 de junio de 1941 le trasladan al subcampos de Gusen, donde le asignan el número 13206 y donde fue asesinado el 23 de noviembre de ese mismo año.
Un año después de su traslado, es decir, más de 7 meses después de su asesinato, su nombre figura como acusado en la Pieza 7, correspondiente a Personal de Ministerios, de la Causa General.
Su stolperstein se puso frente a su casa en la calle Pedro Unanue 16, el viernes 1 de diciembre de 2023.”
