Grover C. Duvall was but twenty-three years of age at the time of his death. His Woodmen of the World grave marker is styled as a vertical tree stump with cut branches, set on a base of four cut logs that are adorned with leaves and ivy. This grave marker is just behind the WOTW marker for his brother C. M. Duvall, and near a very tall WOTW marker for their father Henry F. Duvall. The inscription of Grover's marker is:

G. C.
DUVALL
NOV.19.1889
AUG.12.1913
