[GAL] Segundo a inscripción cincelada na pedra este monumento aos emigrantes foi realizado por José Francisco Escudero a partir dun boceto orixinal de Luis Soane que se conserva no Seminario de Sargadelos. Foi inaugurado no día das Letras Galegas de 1994.

[EN] According to the inscription chiseled into the stone, this monument to the emigrants was made by José Francisco Escudero from an original sketch by Luis Soane that is preserved in the Sargadelos Seminary. It was inaugurated on the Day of Galician Letters in 1994.
