Declarades Bé Cultural d'Interès Nacional com a Jardí Històric el 1996. L'edificació de les pesqueres va iniciar-se a mitjan segle XIX, però es va allargar fins al 1931, quan l'Ajuntament va prohibir construir-ne més. Al llarg del segle XX s'han anat reformant fins als anys seixanta.

Arran d'aigua i resseguint el passeig enjardinat trobem les pesqueres, unes construccions singulars aixecades sobre les pedres de la riba est de l'estany, declarades Bé Cultural d'Interès Nacional en la categoria de Jardí Històric el 1996.

Són unes plataformes de pesca originalment senzilles que amb el temps s'han anat fent més sofisticades. Així, la forma funcional inicial s'ha eixamplat per tal que hi càpiguen més barques, que antigament eren un signe de prestigi social i econòmic (com és el cas de la pesquera d'en Marimon).

L'edificació de les pesqueres va iniciar-se a mitjan segle XIX, però es va allargar fins al 1931. Va ser aleshores quan l'Ajuntament va prohibir construir-ne més. Tanmateix, al llarg del segle XX s'han anat reformant, fins ben entrats els anys seixanta. I és que amb la pràctica d'esports aquàtics i l'expansió de la burgesia alguns d'aquests petits espais s'han ampliat per emmagatzemar-hi una o dues barques, per poder-s'hi banyar o, fins i tot, per hostatjar-s'hi.

Són de titularitat privada i només es poden veure des de l'exterior."

Declaradas Bien Cultural de Interés Nacional como Jardín Histórico en 1996. La edificación de las pesqueras se inició a mediados del siglo XIX, y se alargó hasta 1931, cuando el Ayuntamiento prohibió que se construyeran más. A lo largo del siglo XX se han ido reformando hasta los años sesenta.

Rozando el agua y resiguiendo el paseo ajardinado encontramos las pesqueras, unas construcciones singulares levantadas sobre las piedras de la orilla este del lago, declaradas Bien Cultural de Interés Nacional en la categoría de Jardín Histórico en 1996.

Son unas plataformas de pesca originalmente sencillas, que con el tiempo se han ido haciendo más sofisticadas. Así, la forma funcional inicial se ha hecho más ancha para que quepan más barcas, que antiguamente eran un símbolo de prestigio social y económico (como es el caso de la pesquera de Marimon).

Sin embargo, a lo largo del siglo XX se han ido reformando hasta los años sesenta. Declared an Asset of National Cultural Interest as a Historic Garden in 1996. Building work was started on the fisheries in the mid-19th century and continued until 1931, when the council prohibited further building. Refurbishments were carried out throughout the 20th century until the 1960s.
