Importaron el concepto de “noodle bar”, aún desconocido en España, pero con una tradición de más de 400 años en Asia.
En UDON recuperamos el carácter sano, equilibrado y nutritivo de la cocina asiática, una de las más saludables del mundo. Seguimos una fórmula simple: salud y sabor. Nos encanta disfrutar de recetas con siglos de historia elaboradas con materias primas frescas de calidad.
