[FR] "Ici le sol s'est épaissi suffisamment pour que les arbres s'enracinent, le milieu a ainsi évolué vers la forêt. Les boisements composés de chênes pubescents couvrent une trentaine d'hectares.
A conditions de vie différentes, diversité différente. La faune et la flore que l'on observe ici complètent celles des pelouses calcaires.
C'est pourquoi, certaines parties boisées de la réserve sont préservées en les laissant évoluer librement."
[EN] "Here, the soil has thickened sufficiently for trees to take root, and the environment has evolved into a forest. The woodlands, made up of downy oaks, cover around 30 hectares.
Different living conditions mean different diversity. The flora and fauna found here complement those of the limestone grasslands.
This is why certain wooded parts of the reserve are preserved, allowing them to evolve freely.
