[ES] “La iglesia de San Martín de la Gineta es un templo de estilo gótico-renacentista, iniciado en los primeros años del siglo XVI y tuvo que estar terminado a mediados de centuria. Es de una sola nave distribuida en cuatro tramos. El primero de ellos es ligeramente más pequeño y corresponde a la capilla mayor, con testero plano; los dos siguientes, también cuadrados, forman realmente el cuerpo del edificio y el cuarto de mitad de anchura que los anteriores, corresponde a la zona del coro.
El interior está formado por pilares torsos con cubierta de bóvedas de crucería estrellada con las claves talladas. Este repertorio de fantasía decorativa en el abovedamiento lo vemos en los dos tramos centrales del cuerpo del templo, en donde aparecen combados curvos y conopios, todo dentro de la línea habitual del último gótico.
En el tramo anterior a la capilla mayor se abren a ambos lados sendas capillas de la misma época y fábrica del conjunto del templo. Sus accesos se hacen a través de arcos apuntados y pilares torsos.
Las portadas, ya de líneas clásicas, se sitúan: una de estilo renacentista, a los pies junto a la torre y la otra, la lateral, en el lado de la Epístola; ésta última es ya del siglo XVII constituyendo la entrada habitual al templo; tiene una concepción en arco de triunfo, muy sobria, pero elegante, rematada por una hornacina.
En el exterior se sitúa la torre dividida por impostes de cuatro cuerpos, el último de los cuales viene cerrado por una barandilla de balaustres de piedra y rematado por un belvedere octogonal.”
