Saint Philip Roman Catholic Church is located on Route 98, near the intersection with North Mosiertown Road, in the town of Crossingville, Pennsylvania. The parish is one of the oldest in the Diocese of Erie, with priests visiting the Irish Catholic settlement in the first decade of the 1800s. The parish considers its founding to be in 1807 when the first Mass was celebrated in the original church. The current church building was completed and consecrated on September 9, 1847. The parish was considered a mission church until 1850 when it was officially erected as a stand-alone parish. In 2017, the parish was merged with Saint Lawrence parish in town of Albion. Saint Philip's still has one Sunday Mass per week.
