Veterans Memorial Park is on the east side of Grant, about five miles north of Sheridan. The centerpiece of the park is a replica of a B-17 Flying Fortress, representing one that crashed near here in 1943. There is also a veterans memorial wall and other veteran-related memorials. The guest book is just inside the entry pillar, on the left. There is a road side pull out here with space for several cars.
