La capilla, en calle Hernán Cortés, 29, está abierta a los fieles de 10 a 13 y de 17 a 19 horas. El edificio, de 5 plantas, alberga una pequeña capilla para dar misa, las habitaciones de las religiosas, así como habitaciones para la acogida de mujeres en alguna situación de desamparo, donde se le da ayuda y cursos para reinserción.

"La congregación de las Adoratrices Esclavas del Santísimo Sacramento y de la Caridad (en latín, Sorores Adoratrices Ancillae SS Sacramenti et a Caritat), o también Adoratrices del Santísimo Sacramento, constituye una congregación religiosa femenina de la Iglesia católica, fundada por María Micaela del Santísimo Sacramento el 21 de abril de 1845, en Madrid (España). Las religiosas de esta congregación son conocidas como Adoratrices y añaden a su nombre la sigla A.A.S.C.
La espiritualidad del Instituto, centrada en la Eucaristía, está expresada por la fundadora con el concepto de esclavitud: hacia Dios, en una actitud de adoración y reparación al amor; hacia el prójimo, en una actitud de servicio a las almas más necesitadas, para las que quiere una gran caridad con los rasgos característicos de suavidad, dulzura y amabilidad. Estas son condiciones necesarias para el éxito pedagógico en la educación de jóvenes difíciles. El amor debe llenar a la religiosa adoratriz de un «celo santo de la gloria de Dios y salvación de las almas, y estas dos virtudes y la devoción cordialísima al Santísimo Sacramento serán como la divisa principal de esta santa Asociación» (Constituciones, p. 23 ss.). Para adelantar en estas virtudes, la fundadora recomienda la meditación asidua de lo que significa la ofensa a Dios, el valor del alma, el amor que Cristo les tiene y el mérito que se adquiere salvándolas (cfr. ib., p. 24 ss.). Como prácticas ascéticas, insiste en la abnegación, mortificación interior, humildad y obediencia."

"The congregation of the Slave Adorers of the Blessed Sacrament and Charity (in Latin, Sorores Adoratrices Ancillae SS Sacramenti et a Caritat), or also Adorers of the Blessed Sacrament, constitutes a female religious congregation of the Catholic Church, founded by María Micaela del Blessed Sacrament on April 21, 1845, in Madrid (Spain).The nuns of this congregation are known as Adoratrices and they add the acronym A.A.S.C to their name.
The spirituality of the Institute, centered on the Eucharist, is expressed by the founder with the concept of slavery: towards God, in an attitude of adoration and reparation to love; towards his neighbor, in an attitude of service to the most needy souls, for whom he wants great charity with the characteristic features of softness, sweetness and kindness. These are necessary conditions for pedagogical success in the education of difficult young people. Love must fill the religious worshiper with a "holy zeal for the glory of God and salvation of souls, and these two virtues and the most cordial devotion to the Blessed Sacrament will be the main motto of this holy Association" (Constitutions, p. 23 ff.). To advance in these virtues, the founder recommends assiduous meditation on what it means to offend God, the value of the soul, the love that Christ has for them and the merit that is acquired by saving them (cf. ibid., p. 24 ff. ). As ascetic practices, it insists on self-denial, interior mortification, humility and obedience."
