“Maricopa Wild Horses,” is a city-wide sculpture project and arts initiative by City Manager Rick Horst and was unveiled at City Hall. Sculptures of horses decorated by local artists were presented to the public.

This sculpture by artist Sheena Hyena titled “Vivacity” measures 51? tall and 84? long. Her colors flow from head to tail are purple, fuchsia, pink, orange, and yellow. The whole left side is colored blue with some small white freckles. The lower part of her legs are brown. There are small sahuaro cactus pictured in the brown parts of her legs.
