The Racoon River Valley Trail was built on a railroad right-of-way and is a popular course for walkers, joggers, and bikers. John Cisar was an avid biker, and passed away suddenly while engaged in that activity. This sculpture of a recumbent bike, set in memory of John by his wife, is on the west side of the trail just north of NW 46th Avenue. A bench dedicated to Cisar is also at this site.
