This considerable sized bell is on display in one of the first spaces the visitor of the fort will come during his visit. It's relatively big but at the same time very simple. It has no inscriptions beside its date: 1720. It's a Portuguese manufactured bell, as Diu was a Portuguese territory until the Indian invasion of 1961.
