The Casula Mall (indoor shopping centre) has Free WiFi, as well as three anchor stores and 60+ specialty stores and services. While the KMart is open 24 hours/day, I'm not sure if that means that the WiFi Hotspot is also functional all that time. There were a few comfortable seats.
